1. Production (Executive / Structural Role)

ViaMalena can support projects in their production, financing and coordination processes.

This includes:

•  production strategy 
•  funding applications 
•  co-production structuring 
•  project management and coordination 

This role does not necessarily involve artistic input into the creative development of the work, unless explicitly agreed.

Credit: Production / Executive Production (as agreed per project)

 All collaborations

are defined individually in terms of role, scope of involvement, and compensation or exchange structure, prior to the beginning of work.

2. Creative Producing (Development & Artistic Interlocution)

ViaMalena works as a creative producing partner in selected projects, particularly in documentary, essay film and hybrid forms.

This includes:

•  involvement in development phases 
•  artistic and dramaturgical interlocution 
•  feedback on structure, narrative and conceptual framing 
•  contribution to the shaping of the film’s overall vision (when relevant to the project) 

This role is defined per project and agreed in advance.

3. Consulting (Project-Based / Limited Scope)

ViaMalena offers limited consulting for filmmakers and projects in development.

This may include:

•  dramaturgical consulting 
•  documentary and essay film feedback 
•  artistic development sessions 
•  festival or funding positioning advice 

Consulting is defined as a specific, time-bound collaboration and does not imply ongoing involvement in production.
